1. Acceptance of Terms
You may only enter this password-protected area if Nobel Biocare or any Institution authorizes you. The website you are entering is provided by Nobel Biocare Services AG and its affiliates (Nobel Biocare) for those educational institutions participating in the Global University Partnership Program (“Institutions”). The website is set up to promote knowledge sharing between the Institutions. On the website you will find an electronic educational resource library whose content is of clinical nature and aimed at supporting the Institutions in their didactic crown, bridge and implant training, as well as CAD/CAM and treatment planning and diagnostics. By entering or using this website, you agree to enter into a binding contractual relationship with Nobel Biocare and accept the following Terms and Conditions; if you do not agree, please do not use this website.
2. Material on the website
The material you find on the website is produced and provided by Nobel Biocare and the Institutions. You are free to use (e.g. reproduce, modify and distribute) material you receive through the website provided it is for non-commercial use within the Institutions and dedicated to upgrade and enhance the implant and aesthetic dentistry undergraduate curriculum for the Institutions. You may not otherwise use any of the materials without the prior written consent of the owner; requests for permission shall be sent to the Media Editor (gupp@nobelbiocare.com). Unless you have obtained the prior written consent you may not use the seal and name of any Institution or any trademark, name or logo owned by Nobel Biocare. The Institutions and Nobel Biocare make no representation or warranty as to the reliability, accuracy, timeliness, usefulness or completeness of material on the website and they shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the use, context, presentation or implementation of such material. If you believe that your intellectual property has been infringed or if you disagree with any material found on the website, please contact the Media Editor (gupp@nobelbiocare.com).
3. Material you submit to us
By submitting material to the website, you represent and warrant that you are the owner of the material, or are making your submission with the express consent of the owner. The Institutions and Nobel Biocare may use (e.g. reproduce, modify and distribute) the material you submit to the website free of charge provided it is for non-commercial use within the Institutions. You warrant that all moral rights in any material that you submit to the website have been waived. We reserve the right (but assume no obligation) to delete, move or edit any postings that come to our attention that we consider unacceptable or inappropriate, whether for legal or other reasons. By using the website, you agree not to post or transmit any defamatory, abusive, obscene, threatening or illegal material, or any other material that infringes the rights of third parties.
4. Your liability
You remain solely responsible for material you submit to us, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Institutions and Nobel Biocare with respect to any claim based upon transmission or publication of your material, including, but not limited to computer virus and intellectual property right violations. You agree to indemnify, save and hold harmless the Institutions and Nobel Biocare, and their respective officers, directors, agents and employees from any claim, demand or cause of action, including any costs, arising out of claims based on any aspect of your use of the website.
5. Access to the website
You agree that Nobel Biocare may, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, terminate your access to this website in the following cases: (i) Nobel Biocare determines that you have violated these Terms of Conditions or the Terms of Use which can be reviewed by clicking on the "Terms of Use" hypertext link located at the bottom of our websites, (ii) requests by law enforcement or other government offices, (iii) discontinuance or material modification of this website, (iv) technical issues or problems, or (v) for other reasonable cause.
6. Governing law/Dispute resolution
These Terms and Conditions have been made and shall be construed in accordance with Swiss law. You agree that all matters relating to your access to or use of this website, including all disputes, will be governed by Swiss law. All disputes or controversies arising out of these Terms and Conditions or the use of this website shall be resolved amicably. In case such disputes or controversies cannot be settled amicably, the exclusive place of jurisdiction shall be Kloten, Canton of Zurich, Switzerland.
